Chef Chiko was the guest chef at Four Ways Inn today. He was invited to cook for the Sunday Brunch using "Chiko's Smokey Rub". Chicken, steak, fish, lamb, and shrimps were the choices customers could try the rub on. People were impressed and were coming back for seconds. About an hour before brunch was to be over, we had ran out of lamb, steak, and shrimps. Apparently those were the favorites :)
People lined up for Chef Chiko to prepare their meats and seafood with his popular rub.
Luckily he had his fiance' there as well with rub for sale. Many customers once finished their meals, they went over to purchase a bottle or two.
It was a great day :)
